Square Enix returns to the world of Orsterra with a new story, but this time, everything starts from scratch. There are no pre-made heroes or predetermined paths. In Octopath Traveler 0, players create their own character and undertake the task of rebuilding a destroyed city. This bold move could refresh the formula and change the way stories are told in RPGs. You can download Octopath Traveler 0 for free here.Instead of a hero, a man from nowhere Fight alongside eight companions and explore even more paths! Turn-based combat What should you know before December? Is Octopath Traveler 0 still the same series? Octopath Traveler 0 system requirementsInstead of a hero, a man from nowhere When a game gives you a ready-made hero, the story follows a predetermined path. Octopath Traveler 0 does not follow the usual pattern. Instead, players find themselves in the ruins of Wishvale and must do something about it. Alone. Your character, created from scratch, is not special at first. At least at first. In the game, you can choose your character's appearance, voice, gender, and even favorite food. These are not just cosmetic changes; the developers at Square Enix emphasize that these elements impact the behavior of non-player characters and the development of dialogue. Furthermore, it is your decisions that will bring the city back to life. Once full of people, Wishvale now resembles a burnt-out crater. It's up to you who will return and how the city will change over time. However, reconstruction is different from the crafting or resource management found in other games. It's more about people than resources — you must find people to help rebuild the community. Sometimes you have to convince them with words, sometimes with fighting, and sometimes with something completely different. Fight alongside eight companions and explore even more paths! The combat mechanics are still based on the familiar Break & Boost system, but this time, a more complete range of options is available. First, your team can have up to eight people, which significantly affects your tactics. With more characters comes more variables, making it more difficult to strike a balance between offense and support. Recruitment is also an important part of the game. The developers have announced over thirty potential allies, each with their own story, character, and fighting style. Each has their own story, character, and fighting style. But that's not all. Some will be useful not on the battlefield but in Wishvale itself. Sometimes, you will have to take a risk and trust an uncertain person, which could lead to unexpected benefits or get you into trouble. The Path Actions system, i.e., interactions with NPCs you encounter, will also return. Depending on your character, you can talk, bribe, manipulate, or use force. This opens the way to different endings and a nonlinear narrative. One world, but many ways to experience it. Turn-based combat Speaking of combat, battles are turn-based. During them, you take control of eight characters arranged in two rows on the battlefield. The game allows us to switch between the first and second rows, and the key to success is the skillful use of the Break & Boost system. After reducing the enemy's shield to zero, we can "break" their defense and launch critical attacks. After charging the Boost Point (BP) meter, we can significantly increase the power of our attacks and improve the effectiveness of support and regeneration abilities. What should you know before December? The release date for Octopath Traveler 0 is December 4, 2025. The game will be available on seven platforms: Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC gaming computers (via Steam and the Microsoft Store). It is the first game in the series to be released simultaneously on all consoles at launch. A special collector's edition has been prepared, containing a book of illustrations, metal dice, a CD soundtrack, and a map of the game world. This version will cost $229.99. The standard edition contains only the base game and costs $49.99. The Digital Deluxe edition includes a "Deluxe Travel Provisions" set and a digital art book and costs $59.99. You can download the Digital Deluxe version of Octopath Traveler 0 from us completely free of charge. However, it's important to note that the Switch version does not offer a free upgrade to the Switch 2 version. Fans have mixed reactions to the fact that each version must be purchased separately. Is Octopath Traveler 0 still the same series? For many players, this may be the key question. Although the world, graphics (still in the characteristic HD-2D style), and some locations are familiar, the approach to storytelling is completely different. Rather than intertwining storylines of eight characters, players get to know one character from scratch. Instead of a ready-made world, there is a ruined town that needs to be rebuilt. However, it is precisely this change that holds potential. The game does not abandon its roots but rather develops them in a new direction. Interestingly, even though it's a prequel, fans of the previous installments will find subtle connections to events from Octopath Traveler and Octopath Traveler II. Will these connections impact the future of the series? That remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: Square Enix is not afraid to experiment. Can Obsidian's sequel surpass the original cult classic? The Outer Worlds 2 promises more of what we love about the original, as well as a revolution in style, humour and moral choices. With the release date of 29 October fast approaching, now is the perfect time to take a closer look at what awaits us on a ship run by corporations and galactic chaos. Can't wait? Download The Outer Worlds 2 for free now!Explore the new world of Arcadia and experience the new game mechanics The faction and storyline system means that no choice is also a choice Six extraordinary companions Game availability on different platforms The Outer Worlds 2 system requirementsExplore the new world of Arcadia and experience the new game mechanics The action in The Outer Worlds 2 takes us from the familiar Halcyon colony to a brand new star system: Arcadia. This place only superficially resembles the earthly ideal. This new setting not only offers a fresh aesthetic, but also introduces a variety of new challenges, such as non-linear faction storylines and space-time anomalies that distort the fabric of reality. The world will be more geographically diverse, with distinct regions that will affect exploration, survival strategy and player decisions. Obsidian has ensured that each planet and corporate base has its own unique character, architectural style and set of threats. Equally significant changes have been made to the gameplay itself. From the information available thus far, it seems that the developers have prioritised enhancing the combat system, which was criticised in the original game. Now, energy, chemical and experimental weapons boast new capabilities, and their effectiveness hinges on modifications and the player's skills. Additionally, the Tactical Time Dilation system has been enhanced — rather than merely slowing down time, it now enables a more creative approach to combat. Obsidian promises that this combination of improved mechanics and narrative will form the basis of the sequel. The faction and storyline system means that no choice is also a choice Arcadia is not just a new environment; it is a political melting pot where the interests of several powerful factions collide. The two most important forces are the Protectorate, which is a quasi-utopian structure based on military control, and the Earth Directorate, which represents a more expansive and harsh philosophy of survival. Players must take sides in the conflict – or, as suggested in the trailers, try to follow an independent path, which may lead to even more complex consequences. In The Outer Worlds 2, moral decisions are not black and white, and the game deliberately avoids simplistic divisions between good and evil. Story choices are spread out over time and are linked to reputation, influencing the openness of NPCs, the availability of specific quests and the development of entire side stories. Unlike many modern RPGs, where choices can be illusory, Obsidian focuses on real changes to the game world. Factions will react not only to decisions made in the main storyline, but also to micro-behaviours such as the way dialogue is conducted, the choice of weapons and the companions we travel with. As a result, The Outer Worlds 2 promises to be one of the most ambitious RPG projects in recent years — a game in which even inaction is a political act. Six extraordinary companions You won't be alone on your galactic odyssey: the studio has created six unique NPCs, each representing different factions and ideologies in colonial space. Among them are Niles, a new recruit to the Earth Directorate, and Aza, a devotee of the enigmatic Rift cult. The darker characters include Marisol, a professional assassin working for the Order of the Ascendants, and Tristen, a Protectorate judge. Each character will contribute unique combat skills and their own perspective on the conflicts consuming the colonial system. Of the more than 90 character upgrades available, some are controversial, such as “Psychopath” and “Serial Killer”. These unusual perks reward players who enjoy a brutal playstyle and don't hesitate to eliminate non-player characters (NPCs). It's a bold move that highlights the dark humour typical of Obsidian's work. Game availability on different platforms Obsidian Entertainment and Xbox Game Studios have officially confirmed that The Outer Worlds 2 will be released on 29 October 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S consoles. Notably, despite being under Microsoft's wing, the developers have chosen to release the game simultaneously on Sony's platform, potentially in an attempt to reach the widest possible RPG audience. Obsidian seems to be investing very consciously in the diversity of the player experience, regardless of whether they are using a Windows 11 gaming PC or the latest next-generation console. Elden Ring: Nightreign for free

Elden Ring: Nightreign for free

Elden Ring: Nightmare is a better game than expected, with richer content and a greater level of complexity. I am truly impressed by how much the spin-off has to offer. Although I have seen all the key aspects of the gameplay and content, I know that even after 90 hours, some people were still surprised by new bosses and weapons! You can evaluate the game for yourself – download Elden Ring: Nightreign for free!First and foremost, the focus is on cooperation What's the best way to develop your character? Combat! Let yourself be surprised! Nightreign also has an interesting storyline The graphics and music were high quality Elden Ring: Nightreign system requirementsFirst and foremost, the focus is on cooperation The gameplay involves three-person trips to Limveld, a specific version of the Lands Between from Elden Ring. There, we must survive for two days and two nights in order to face one of the eight Lords of the Night — and that's not all of the main bosses! Before setting off from the Roundtable Hold, where we can check out different weapons, choose new skins, read the journal and so on, we select one of the eight characters and relics, which give us passive bonuses. We unlock these after each session. Then, during about 30 minutes of basic gameplay, we run very fast, climb very high, jump and sometimes even fly, trying to prepare ourselves as best we can for the final battle. What's the best way to develop your character? Combat! Along the way, you have to kill rank-and-file enemies and bosses scattered around the board (some of whom are old friends from Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3!), for which you gain experience that allows you to level up. This happens automatically when you click a button on the controller/keyboard at a Site of Grace. The power of our character is most affected by weapons. We always start with basic weapons, but it is advisable to quickly rearm by collecting items from chests or from the most powerful opponents during the session. In addition, visiting church ruins is mandatory if you want more health potions, and it is sometimes worth going to caves to look for stones that can be used to upgrade weapons or provide rare passive enhancements, as these can significantly alter your build. Although the map is partially randomly generated, we usually end up in the same places. Let yourself be surprised! Over time, however, our world will become haunted by unique cataclysms and events. I remember being shocked when a huge crater suddenly appeared in the middle of the map, the ground began to shake and a huge ball of lava rose up! The developers have prepared a total of four such events, and believe me, it's worth discovering their secrets for the useful bonuses alone. But that's not all: sometimes we will be cursed and invaded, and we will have to fight our clones. Nightreign also has an interesting storyline Not enough? Then let's add the entire story setting. It's presented differently to what we're used to from FromSoftware. Here, we won't be reading between the lines, relying on item descriptions and NPC mutterings. Each character has their own storyline, complete with plot twists and endings. These stories are unlocked through a memory system that requires us to complete specific tasks. Find this, kill that, talk to the other. Speaking of characters, we start with six, but we'll quickly unlock the other two. My favourites are: Iron Eye, the archer, and Rekluza, the sorceress. Iron Eye is very easy to play and is essential for defeating most of the Lords of the Night thanks to his attack range. Rekluza, on the other hand, requires a lot of skill, but is great fun thanks to the various spell combinations available. The graphics and music were high quality The game ran really smoothly. Although the engine is not particularly impressive, the artists have managed to create a lot of beauty. Random events on the map can be visually stunning, and some of the battles with the Lords of the Night are spectacular to behold from a safe distance. The soundtrack also enhances the gameplay, as is usually the case with FromSoft. The enormous amount of work that went into Nightreign is evident; it's not just a simple overlay or a cash grab. It's a full-fledged game that, once you know what to do and have a good team by your side, provides a great deal of satisfaction, particularly when it comes to devising and executing tactics. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers download free for PC

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers download free for PC

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is one of the most interesting game releases of the year, and somewhat unexpectedly so. Set in a fictional land, it combines the exploration of an atmospheric, myth-steeped world with an advanced combat system inspired by 'Souls'-like games. Hand-designed locations, challenging bosses and moral choices await you. Download WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers for free on the day of its release! When is WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers coming out? Non-linear storyline Gameplay Travel and explore the world! Audiovisual WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers system requirementsWhen is WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers coming out? The game is being developed by the Chinese studio Leenzee Games and will be published by 505 Games. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is scheduled for release on 24 July 2025. However, you can already download it for free from our website. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers will primarily be a single-player game – the developers have not created a co-op or PvP mode. They have focused on the single-player experience, placing the story and challenging exploration at the centre. Although a demo version has not yet been announced, it is possible that one will be released before the game's launch. Non-linear storyline The game's story is set in the fictional land of Shu, steeped in mysticism, local legends and folklore, during the late Ming dynasty. Thus, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers also refers to historical facts and figures. Once powerful, Shu is now ravaged by internal factional struggles and a mysterious plague that deforms people physically and spiritually, gradually transforming them into aggressive monsters. The main character, Wuchang, is also a carrier of the plague. In her case, the disease manifests itself through the growth of feathers on her body, internal transformation and supernatural abilities. Wuchang gains powerful combat skills, but must also struggle with their dark effects. She also suffers from amnesia, and her past is shrouded in mystery. As the game progresses, we discover who she was, who she is becoming and the role she will play in a world on the brink of collapse. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers does not have a single, predetermined storyline. Instead, it provides a non-linear narrative structure in which the player must make choices that are reflected in the game world. Gameplay We follow Wuchang's actions from behind her back. Inspired by soulslike games, the main focus is on precise hand-to-hand combat and building an atmosphere of horror. During duels, you can switch between two types of weapon in real time: light and fast or powerful and heavy. For example, you can switch between daggers and a halberd. Combat requires rhythm, dodging, parrying and exploiting enemy weaknesses. There are 25 unique weapons, divided into five categories. Feather Transformation is also useful for defeating enemies, as it allows you to activate special, powerful attacks when the 'plague' level reaches a certain threshold. This mechanic is reminiscent of the transmutations in Bloodborne, but it is also linked to the story and the characters' psychology. Travel and explore the world! Between battles, you can enjoy immersive exploration. The hand-designed locations include Gothic buildings, Buddhist temple ruins, gloomy forests and deserted towns. The game world is full of hidden passages and secret items. Many interconnected areas can be explored in any order, allowing you to decide the order in which you take on the bosses, which affects the development of your character. The creators of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers declare that players will be faced with morally ambiguous decisions that affect not only the course of the story, but the game world itself. The fate of Wuchang is not set in stone – how the story ends is up to you. Audiovisual Thanks to the use of Unreal Engine 5, the game boasts impressive visuals. The character models, animations and effects are particularly impressive during boss fights. The hand-designed locations are full of detail. The audio was created by experienced Asian developers who used traditional Chinese instruments to create an atmosphere of horror and sadness. The protagonist's voice and the dialogue of non-player characters are full of melancholy, which fits with the reflective tone of the story. Stellar Blade download free for PC

Stellar Blade download free for PC

Stellar Blade, one of the most highly anticipated action games, is coming soon to PC! Following its successful debut on the PlayStation 5, the game transports players to a post-apocalyptic world filled with dynamic battles and an absorbing narrative. So, what can PC owners expect? Read on to find out why Stellar Blade is a title worth keeping an eye on! You'll also find information on how to download Stellar Blade for free under the game's trailer.Eve and her mission Precision and reflexes are key Will Stellar Blade appear on PC? The developers will not be ashamed of the technical side of the game Stellar Blade system requirementsEve and her mission You may be wondering why Stellar Blade filled the void for me after NieR: Automata. It's because the very beginning of the game is very similar. The heroes are exiled to Earth to free the planet from the clutches of Naytib. Eve, the sole survivor of her unit, ends up with her saviour, Adam, in Eidos 7, a large, deserted, rainy city. This is the first thing that delighted me. The music is overheard. There is no other way to describe it. The theme for this location is so memorable that I still hum it occasionally. The smooth transition into an aggressive mix during combat is perfectly intertwined with a calmer rhythm during exploration. This gives each location character. Whenever I found myself in a new place, I would stop for a while to listen to the background music. The locations are multi-level; we travel both horizontally and vertically. We are accompanied by a drone with a built-in scanner during the exploration, which makes it easier to look for finds. And there are plenty of them. Precision and reflexes are key In Stellar Blade, the combat system is one of the key features that distinguishes the game from other action titles. The game offers dynamic third-person gameplay, where each skirmish requires players to have quick reactions and the ability to anticipate their opponents' movements, reacting appropriately at the right moments. During combat, players must demonstrate precision and quick reflexes, ensuring that each confrontation is an exciting and challenging experience. Two key mechanisms play a central role in the combat system: the Beta Gauge and the Burst Gauge. The Beta Gauge is charged by effective dodging and parrying, enabling you to unleash powerful attacks that can break through your opponent's defences. The Burst Gauge, on the other hand, fills up when you successfully combine punches and blocks. This allows you to activate special abilities that take combat to a whole new level. What sets Stellar Blade apart is that each battle becomes a kind of cat-and-mouse game in which you must attack and react appropriately to your opponent's changing movements. Players who can adapt to their opponents' pace and tactics will gain an advantage, and winning each confrontation will be highly satisfying. Will Stellar Blade appear on PC? Of course it will. The release of Stellar Blade on PC on 11 June 2025 will bring the game to a new platform and introduce improvements that take advantage of PC capabilities. The Complete Edition includes all previous updates, such as a photo mode, new outfits, and graphical fixes. With support for technologies such as DLSS, players can expect smoother gameplay and better image quality. Additionally, customisable graphics settings allow players to optimise the game according to their preferences. For fans of action games with a deep narrative and challenging combat system, Stellar Blade is an essential addition to their collection. The PC release provides the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in this post-apocalyptic world and embark on an unforgettable adventure. It's also worth noting that the game is available on the PlayStation 5. Interestingly, the company predicts that sales of the PC version will exceed those of the console versions. This prediction is based on the global success of another game from the Asian studio, Black Myth: Wukong, among other things. The developers will not be ashamed of the technical side of the game Despite the rather sparse-looking textures, the game is very readable, which is especially striking in the desert levels and close-ups. I played in balanced mode, but temporarily switching to quality did not suddenly make everything more beautiful. In fact, I found the slightly less fluid enemy combat difficult to navigate. There aren't any stunning vistas either — a game of this type needs to be transparent so that we can spot the enemy and avoid falling prey to them. The opponents' design also impresses. The Naytiba are very diverse and sometimes repulsive. Unfortunately, the title suffers from a common issue of recent soulslike games: each larger enemy drags out attacks indefinitely. This somewhat spoils the smoothness of the combos and requires us to be fully alert and learn the enemy's movements. The farther you go, the harder it gets. Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon download free for PC

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon download free for PC

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, produced by Questline Studio and published by Awaken Realms, is an open-world RPG game. The game impresses with its well-thought-out systems, the passion of the developers, its genuinely interesting ideas, and its respect for the player's intelligence. If you want to form your own opinion, download Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon for free and let us know what you think. It all started with the board game The plot The script is impressive The world is large and creatively designed Elden Ring-inspired combat system In conclusion, it's worth giving this title a chance! Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon system requirementsIt all started with the board game Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, the first RPG of this size from the acclaimed Polish studio Questline. The setting is a fallen world inspired by Arthurian legend and therefore rooted in Celtic and Christian mythology, but also filled with magic and powerful supernatural entities. The game offers first- and third-person perspectives, focusing on combat, dungeon exploration, and making difficult choices. It is a kind of love letter to older productions in the Elder Scrolls series, among others. The plot The game captivates with its atmosphere and gameplay. The action is set in a dark world on the brink of catastrophe, a cyclical phenomenon related to King Arthur, which we initially know little about. An Arthurian legend with a sordid twist may not sound particularly thrilling, but the filmmakers have managed to bring all the elements together into a coherent and compelling whole. Players are eager to unravel the mysteries of this world, but nothing is handed to them on a plate — they must piece together the scattered fragments of information, separating the grains of truth from the legends, myths, rumours and outright lies. The script is impressive In this respect, Tainted Grail is probably closest to Elden Ring. At times, you can feel as if you are exploring Pogrobno just before the madness consumes everyone. There are still people to talk to here, and the dialogue is interesting. It avoids pathos and triviality, sounding quite natural and being well acted. Often, we feel that we are not hearing the whole truth; our interlocutors are constantly twisting, flailing and manipulating in an attempt to push their own agendas. The scriptwriters deserve praise because Avalon and its inhabitants are so compelling that you want to get to know them. It's just a pity that there was a lack of Polish dubbing in what is, after all, a Polish game. The world is large and creatively designed The map is divided into three fairly large regions, and so far I've only explored a small part of it. Initially, the locations strongly resemble the aforementioned Pogrobno, but the deeper you go into the forest, the more the artists let their imaginations run wild and the more bizarre places you will visit. Sometimes they even hint at the atmospheres of H. R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński; at other times, they enchant us with idyllic beauty and magical, flowery landscapes native to the Eastern Borderlands. We will also often visit areas completely detached from the main map, such as someone's dreams, where you can really see the passion and creativity of the creators. One moment we may be exploring a castle straight out of a vampire novel; the next, we could be running around a world sketched on a white sheet of paper. There are quite a few such moments. Elden Ring-inspired combat system The game strongly resembles Daggerfall or Morrowind, but with an Elden Ring-inspired combat system and balance. To tell the truth, it's the perfect combination that I've been looking for in vain for a long time. On the one hand, there's the immersive flexibility of The Elder Scrolls; on the other, the pace, dynamics and challenge of Souls. You can also pause and save the game at any time, change the difficulty level to 'trivially easy' or 'unhealthy extreme', and after death, you don't respawn at a bonfire. In conclusion, it's worth giving this title a chance! These days, a fascinating world, a heavier atmosphere, a focus on challenging gameplay and a multitude of often ingenious dungeons to clear are a luxury commodity, despite appearances. Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon prioritises planning and thinking. During quests, you must discover, connect and interpret facts. You can get lost and fail, but with a guide open on your phone, it's not a frustrating experience. You can sense the spirit of Daggerfall and Morrowind here; you can sense Elden Ring here. But most of all, you can sense the passion and ingenuity of the developers. _eGfvas Click below to get the game Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon for free.Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon system requirements Minimum:Requires a 64-bit processor and operating systemOS: Windows 10 64-bitProcessor: i5 8th gen or AMD equivalentMemory: 12 GB RAMGraphics: GTX 1060 6GB or AMD equivalentDirectX: Version 11Storage: 31 GB available spaceRecommended:Requires a 64-bit processor and operating systemOS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)Processor: i7 13th genMemory: 16 GB RAMGraphics: RTX 2070 SuperDirectX: Version 11Storage: 31 GB available space
