“Get Famous” is the sixth major expansion pack for “The Sims 4”. What new features does it introduce, what changes does it bring, and is it worth becoming a star and moving to the exclusive Del Sol Valley? Is “Get Famous” a must-have for every fan of “The Sims 4”? In our opinion, it's worth it, but see for yourself and download The Sims 4 Get Famous from us, completely free of charge.Furniture and clothes Valley of Stars Be like Marilyn Monroe! Reputation and fame The Sims 4 Get Famous system requirementsThe Sims 4 is the best simulator of ordinary — or extraordinary — life and has already seen dozens of add-ons and major expansions. One of the most interesting is The Sims 4: Get Famous. Furniture and clothes As with any expansion pack, Get Famous introduces new features to the Sim creator and new interior design elements in build mode. In terms of the former, there is a wide range of modern and fashionable clothing for adult Sims, but the main attraction is the stunning evening gowns for women. The expansion pack introduces many of these, and we can now see how much we were missing them. You have to wear something to these exclusive parties, right? You could even match your evening gown to the interior design. 'Get Famous' introduces two new furniture styles, and the first one is... awful. I suppose that's the idea, as this ostentatious, gold-laden, baroque-inspired, nouveau riche, style-less décor is reminiscent of artificial, pretentious Hollywood, which the expansion pack strongly references. The second style, on the other hand, is retro and styled after the 1950s and 1960s. It is pleasantly subdued and interestingly distinctive. It will certainly appeal to many fans of furnishing Sim homes. Valley of Stars You'll need to furnish it if you want to live in the new location introduced by the expansion pack. Del Sol Valley is the Sims' version of Hollywood, the American dream factory, divided into plots for aspiring celebrities and big-name stars, with a communal area containing a disco club, gym and park. Although the main new career in 'Get Famous' is acting, our Sims can follow other paths too. For example, there is a stylist/make-up artist profession, which works like any other classic job where we simply send our Sim to work. Alternatively, you can become a YouTube influencer and work from home. This has been implemented in an interesting way: not only do we perform in front of the camera, but we also have to edit the material before posting it and ensure it is distributed properly on social media. Be like Marilyn Monroe! However, the main attraction in 'Get Famous' is an acting career. It's an extensive path, similar to those in the “Get to Work” expansion pack. We start with auditions, rehearsals and recording commercials for washing powder before moving on to bigger roles. Subsequent career steps allow us to develop our character and acquire more and more celebrity-like traits, such as narcissism and arrogance. It's great that you can act in films and be a celebrity here. You can also gain fame that is not necessarily good. Reputation and fame The expansion pack introduced a new system that determines how well-known our Sim is and what they are known for. The more famous they are, the greater the impact their actions have on their reputation. This means you have to be very careful not to do anything foolish, such as staring admiringly at the mirror — a habit that our acting Sims are unfortunately very prone to. The paths to fame are winding, but fortunately, our Sim can step off the stage undefeated at any time and retire from acting to appear in bank commercials. The Sims 4: Get Famous is a solid expansion pack with great themed content. If you're interested in acting, celebrities, exclusive parties and the dark side of fame, you should definitely get it. ?si=JITPmd7yixPA3Rph Click below to download The Sims 4: Get Famous for free — another excellent addition to The Sims 4.The Sims 4 Get Famous system requirements Minimum:Requires a 64-bit processor and operating systemOS: Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10Processor: 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000+ or equivalent (For computers using built-in graphics chipsets, the game requires 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.0 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62 or equivalent)Memory: 4 GB RAMGraphics: 128 MB of Video RAM and support for Pixel Shader 3.0. The Sims 4 High School Years download for free

Whenever I think that EA Maxis has come up with everything for The Sims, another expansion pack is released. While not everyone will be equally enthusiastic about The Sims 4 High School Years, this pack introduces features that I can no longer imagine playing the series without. Read our review and download The Sims 4 High School Years for free.First of all, don't spoil anything! High school students don't think about school As usual, the most interesting part comes after class Is it worth playing The Sims 4: High School Years? The Sims 4 High School Years system requirementsFirst of all, don't spoil anything! All players of the base game can benefit from some of the changes introduced with The Sims 4 High School Years. These include setting romantic preferences for Sims, meaning that those who are often 'not playing' will take the initiative in relationships according to the guidelines. Another example is body hair, which can grow naturally and require regular shaving. Naturally, those who purchase the latest pack will see more extensive changes. For instance, they will have a wider range of body hair styles to choose from, and the presence of school romances will enable them to experience the updated relationship system to its fullest. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg that is The Sims™ 4 High School Years™. High school students don't think about school It would seem that sitting at desks is the main attraction of this expansion pack. The truth is that this is somewhat untapped potential. If we don't stop our Sim from going to class, they will spend the entire lesson in the same room with different illustrations on the board. Occasionally, we'll be asked to make a decision during class, such as whether to defend a student who is the subject of gossip. We'll also sometimes take part in an evacuation of the facility, and firefighters will come to check the building's condition. However, I would like the lessons to be more interactive. For example, I would like to be able to perform chemical experiments or sit at a computer during IT classes. So, I will repeat what I thought as a teenager: 'Lessons are boring.' As usual, the most interesting part comes after class Extracurricular activities look interesting, for example. They work on the principle of short-term 'competitions', during which characters disappear as if down a rabbit hole. Our task is simply to achieve the 'promotion' goals in life mode so that we can enjoy becoming a valued member of the computer club, football team, chess team or cheerleading squad. There has been a lot of emphasis placed on social relationships, which are basically one of the most important things in the entire Sims series. Smartphones have gained many new features, such as the ability to take selfies for online challenges and the Social Bunny app. With the latter, we can select the topic and tone of posts and tag others to generate semi-automated messages sent by our characters. Although these are only virtual chats, they positively affect the mood of the Sim's friends. The app strengthens bonds from a distance and helps us to gain virtual popularity online. This will be especially useful if we want to pursue one of the new casual work career paths – game streamer or Simfluencer. Furthermore, having a large number of followers will also lead to better results on the Trendi fashion app. Is it worth playing The Sims 4: High School Years? I would have liked to see the ideas for this expansion utilised more effectively in a few places. However, the truth is that it is still one of the better add-ons to The Sims 4. The Sims 4 High School Years adds features that I now find difficult to play without, having become accustomed to them. If you've always thought that having teenagers at home is just a problem, you'll change your mind now. Young Sims encounter fascinating problems, and helping them is really enjoyable. Furthermore, improvements to the basic game mechanics make the popular life simulator even more realistic. If you've missed out on a few The Sims 4 expansions, change your mind and download High School Years! The Sims 4 Get To Work download free for PC

The Sims 4 Get To Work download free for PC

Every gamer is familiar with The Sims. However, it's worth taking a fresh look at it from a work-related perspective, as this introduces something new and interesting to the game. Read our review of the expansion pack and download The Sims 4: Get to Work for free.A world of new possibilities! If you want to feel the thrill of being a detective If you dreamed of being a doctor If you love innovation, consider a career as a scientist Encounters with aliens The Sims 4 Get To Work system requirementsAs a full-fledged expansion pack, Get To Work faces the difficult task of enriching The Sims with previously non-existent elements without giving the impression of 'making up for shortcomings', while breathing new life into this iconic, albeit perhaps overly hyped, title. Does going to work with the Sims make up for the shortcomings? A world of new possibilities! My new character is an ambitious boy who wants to make a fortune and help me discover the charms of climbing the career ladder. The first surprise awaited me when I chose where my hero was to settle. The newly added Magnolia Promenade consists of only three shops standing next to each other and an empty lot on which I soon laid the foundations of my house. However, I quickly realised that my initial reaction, a mixture of surprise and amazement at the creators' audacity, was unfair. To avoid complaining about the small number of apartment blocks, parks and places to fulfil the Sim's creative needs, you have to understand what Get to Work is all about. It is primarily an opportunity to actively pursue a career. When we check out the expansion pack in this regard, we discover that there are quite a lot of new locations – we just won't see them until the right moment. If you want to feel the thrill of being a detective Firstly, I put on a police uniform and set out to fight crime and evil. After all, even in this seemingly perfect world, there are cracks and flaws that need to be repaired quickly. At the start of any career, you don't have access to everything. Similarly, a detective does not immediately catch criminals. However, it only takes a few days of following the tutorial's instructions to unlock everything. When we arrive at the police station, we have to follow a simple process. We pick up subsequent cases using a computer. Then we go to the crime scene, where we transform scattered evidence, damaged equipment and hysterical witnesses into valuable clues through careful analysis, turning them into irrefutable evidence. If you dreamed of being a doctor Doctors, as is commonly known, treat people. In The Sims, this boils down to admitting a patient and then 'clicking' through a series of tests. These start with taking the patient's temperature and looking into their eyes or ears, and end with taking and analysing tissue samples. Once we have advanced sufficiently, we will have the honour of delivering babies and operating a surgical robot to perform surgical procedures. In practice, fulfilling the role of a doctor involves very formulaically filling the action queue. Thankfully, interesting animations and hilarious medical cases reminiscent of the cult classic Theme Hospital save the situation. If you love innovation, consider a career as a scientist The role of a scientist is interesting and innovative. We fulfil this role in a laboratory reminiscent of Area 51. Although we will spend our time performing repetitive tasks, as explorers we will constantly experience something new. The tasks in this career revolve around creating mysterious potions and improving your personal blaster, which affects the environment. This allows us to have fun in many different ways, for example by controlling the minds of other characters or randomly changing their appearance. Unlike in the case of a detective or a doctor, here the creators were able to let their imaginations run wild, creating unpredictable situations that add variety to everyday work. Encounters with aliens The most interesting new feature added with the scientist career is probably the ability to interact with aliens. As researchers make contact with an alien civilisation, traces of its presence become visible in many aspects of the game. Sometimes a green creature will come to our house and laugh at human food, while at other times an 'unusual patient' will come to the hospital asking for an accurate diagnosis. Furthermore, once we have reached a sufficiently high level in our research, we will be able to travel to the home planet of the newly discovered species ourselves. There, interesting items await us, such as collectibles, rare minerals and plants. Such curiosity effectively distracts players from the everyday lives of their Sims, and reaching the top of your career is a great reward. ?si=Sgw6JRKjVqf6DzCD Click below to download The Sims 4 Get to Work for free – and tell your friends about us too!The Sims 4 Get To Work system requirements Minimum:Requires a 64-bit processor and operating systemOS: 64 Bit Required. The Sims 4 Seasons for free

The Sims 4 Seasons for free

The Sims 4 Seasons finally adds all the features that fans have been waiting for, including raking leaves, playing in the snow, flirting with scarecrows and the ability to send swarms of bees at others! Read our description and download The Sims 4 Seasons for free.Choose your favourite season! Celebrate with your Sims! Become a florist! The expansion affects existing locations Seasons is one of the best expansions! The Sims 4 Seasons system requirementsWhen The Sims 4 was released in 2014, it was heavily criticised for its poor content, which was intended to allow for later add-ons. Fortunately, this issue was addressed, and the quality of virtually every major expansion pack, especially Cats & Dogs and Get to Work, was impressive. The same cannot be said for the smaller packs, but the excellent 'Vampires' and 'Get to Work' still significantly influenced various elements of gameplay. Now, the long-awaited 'Seasons' expansion pack has arrived, and, as expected, it is one of the richest in terms of content. In fact, it's surprising! Choose your favourite season! At first glance, there is the standard division into spring, summer, autumn and winter. Sometimes Sims have to dress warmly so they don't get sick or freeze to death; at other times, they get caught in the rain and get soaked. Pulling out an umbrella makes them a tasty treat for lightning, which can result in serious problems or the acquisition of electrical powers! Warmer days encourage relaxing in an inflatable pool, while a pile of raked leaves is an ideal spot for some alone time with your significant other. Each season has its pros and cons, and we can take a break from them in our own home – unless you don't buy a thermostat. Celebrate with your Sims! Since we have seasons, we could also use some appropriate holidays. In spring, there's Valentine's Day, and in winter, there's a family dinner with gifts and a New Year's Eve party. Worried about the lack of Halloween? With the new calendar, you can plan your own holidays and events, and choose whether or not that day is a day off work! You can choose to spend the day running naked, worshipping a random home decoration or fasting – just set the date and you're done. The calendar also conveniently shows the weather forecast and our Sims' activities for the coming days. What's more, if the seasons change too quickly, there is a new tab in the game options where you can choose their length, and you can even turn off dangerous storms and blizzards. Become a florist! Fans of interior design will be pleased to hear that there is lots of new furniture, mainly decorations for specific holidays, as well as clothing with categories for high and low temperatures. In addition, the gardening section has been expanded to include new plants (including seasonal ones), and there is now a suitable profession for those who love getting their hands dirty. On top of that, we can earn money by arranging flowers and selling bouquets, or we can prepare a surprise by adding a death flower, whose scent ages the recipient (and kills pensioners!). There's something for fans of simulation and sadists alike – the best kind of Sims expansion! The expansion affects existing locations Although we don't get a new world, the seasons affect all existing locations, so we don't lose anything. Leaves change colour, rivers freeze (though not pools), and weather-appropriate attractions appear in public places, such as a summer bucket filled with water balloons. It should be noted that this has been implemented sensibly: in the Desert Oasis of Health, for example, we won't see green lawns or snow on the ground, both of which are so delightful in Willow Bay. Among the other interesting new features, there is a 'career' for children in the form of scouting, where they can acquire skills (so that perfectionists have another goal to achieve). There is also beekeeping, where we can send a swarm of bees to a disliked Sim if they like us. There are also a lot of weather-related moodlets (this time without burns or strokes), and a few additional traits that can be purchased with aspiration points. There is also a playable scarecrow and an expanded garden gnome feature – now we can make offerings to them, but be careful not to anger them! Seasons is one of the best expansions! Ultimately, we get a huge package of content that affects virtually every element of the game. In fact, I would say that this is one of the best expansions for The Sims 4 yet, offering new features for fans of building and decorating homes, as well as for those interested in inter-Sim relationships. The calendar itself and the ability to plan the coming weeks change things considerably. Holidays provide a welcome break from everyday Sim life, but it's the changing weather that takes centre stage here, and we can really feel it, regardless of our play style. ?si=Fo1kFZH0fYUVFcnx Click below to download The Sims 4 Seasons for free – enjoy! The Sims 4 Seasons system requirements Minimum:Requires a 64-bit processor and operating systemOS: 64 Bit Required. The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs free download PC

The Sims 4 is the latest instalment in a series with which we have been familiar for over a decade. A review of the development of the previous instalment is sufficient to accurately predict what awaits us in the future. Although The Sims 3 had more add-ons at a similar time after its release than the latest instalment in the series, as the saying goes, 'What's delayed is not lost.' And so EA Maxis presents The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. You can download The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs for free right now!Pets become part of families We spice up our lives! You can become a veterinarian and help animals! The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs system requirementsThis is undoubtedly great news for those who have been eagerly awaiting the chance to play with virtual four-legged friends. I am, of course, referring to dogs, as cats usually ignore us, walking on furniture and graciously allowing us to stroke them occasionally. However, in the latest expansion pack for The Sims 4, the developers show that living with pets comes with responsibilities and new career opportunities, as well as being fun. Pets become part of families Entering the world offered by the latest expansion pack is seamless. Using our Sim's smartphone or computer, we can adopt a cat or dog in a matter of moments. Alternatively, we can create a new family or edit an existing one to add a pet as a 'default' member. I was impressed by the variety of breeds available and the ability to customise the appearance of the pets. Nothing is stopping our Labrador from having a husky's coat, or a poodle from having hand-painted tiger stripes on its sides. However, when I repainted half of the dog pink for the sake of experimentation and gave it a squeaky voice, my real golden retriever looked at me in disbelief. I gave up on the idea and stuck with the energetic beagle template. We spice up our lives! I must admit that I get bored with The Sims 4 the slowest out of all the games in the series. This is largely due to the many small tasks, including the characters' whims, which provide a constant sense of purpose. The addition of dogs and cats only enhances this feeling. It's fun to play with a laser pointer with a little furry friend and teach them good manners or interesting tricks. Even if it does boil down to repetitive clicking on interaction options. Incidentally, the number of new features is impressive. I counted over 250 items to buy. Add to that the outfits available in the family creation menu, as well as new traits and skills, and you realise just how much content has been implemented in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. Thanks to the animal toys, I quickly transformed my garden from a barbecue and party venue into a training ground for my beagle. I was happy to see my Sim's training skills and his pet's physical skills grow. You can become a veterinarian and help animals! As well as playing with pets, we can take on the role of running a veterinary clinic. This works in a similar way to opening a store in the Get to Work expansion pack. First, you need to buy a plot of land and build a clinic with the necessary equipment. Then you can start seeing patients. As the owner, you are responsible for every aspect of the business, including advertising and maintaining good ratings. Therefore, the decor of the waiting room, the quality of the equipment and the speed of service will be important factors. In addition to management duties, we will, of course, spend a lot of time treating dogs and cats. We use special machines to diagnose diseases, which we then treat for a hefty sum of Simoleons. As if that weren't enough, we can produce medicines, treats and other medical accessories for use at work or for sale in a machine that we have set up in the crowded waiting room. Elden Ring: Nightreign for free

Elden Ring: Nightreign for free

Elden Ring: Nightmare is a better game than expected, with richer content and a greater level of complexity. I am truly impressed by how much the spin-off has to offer. Although I have seen all the key aspects of the gameplay and content, I know that even after 90 hours, some people were still surprised by new bosses and weapons! You can evaluate the game for yourself – download Elden Ring: Nightreign for free!First and foremost, the focus is on cooperation What's the best way to develop your character? Combat! Let yourself be surprised! Nightreign also has an interesting storyline The graphics and music were high quality Elden Ring: Nightreign system requirementsFirst and foremost, the focus is on cooperation The gameplay involves three-person trips to Limveld, a specific version of the Lands Between from Elden Ring. There, we must survive for two days and two nights in order to face one of the eight Lords of the Night — and that's not all of the main bosses! Before setting off from the Roundtable Hold, where we can check out different weapons, choose new skins, read the journal and so on, we select one of the eight characters and relics, which give us passive bonuses. We unlock these after each session. Then, during about 30 minutes of basic gameplay, we run very fast, climb very high, jump and sometimes even fly, trying to prepare ourselves as best we can for the final battle. What's the best way to develop your character? Combat! Along the way, you have to kill rank-and-file enemies and bosses scattered around the board (some of whom are old friends from Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3!), for which you gain experience that allows you to level up. This happens automatically when you click a button on the controller/keyboard at a Site of Grace. The power of our character is most affected by weapons. We always start with basic weapons, but it is advisable to quickly rearm by collecting items from chests or from the most powerful opponents during the session. In addition, visiting church ruins is mandatory if you want more health potions, and it is sometimes worth going to caves to look for stones that can be used to upgrade weapons or provide rare passive enhancements, as these can significantly alter your build. Although the map is partially randomly generated, we usually end up in the same places. Let yourself be surprised! Over time, however, our world will become haunted by unique cataclysms and events. I remember being shocked when a huge crater suddenly appeared in the middle of the map, the ground began to shake and a huge ball of lava rose up! The developers have prepared a total of four such events, and believe me, it's worth discovering their secrets for the useful bonuses alone. But that's not all: sometimes we will be cursed and invaded, and we will have to fight our clones. Nightreign also has an interesting storyline Not enough? Then let's add the entire story setting. It's presented differently to what we're used to from FromSoftware. Here, we won't be reading between the lines, relying on item descriptions and NPC mutterings. Each character has their own storyline, complete with plot twists and endings. These stories are unlocked through a memory system that requires us to complete specific tasks. Find this, kill that, talk to the other. Speaking of characters, we start with six, but we'll quickly unlock the other two. My favourites are: Iron Eye, the archer, and Rekluza, the sorceress. Iron Eye is very easy to play and is essential for defeating most of the Lords of the Night thanks to his attack range. Rekluza, on the other hand, requires a lot of skill, but is great fun thanks to the various spell combinations available. The graphics and music were high quality The game ran really smoothly. Although the engine is not particularly impressive, the artists have managed to create a lot of beauty. Random events on the map can be visually stunning, and some of the battles with the Lords of the Night are spectacular to behold from a safe distance. The soundtrack also enhances the gameplay, as is usually the case with FromSoft. The enormous amount of work that went into Nightreign is evident; it's not just a simple overlay or a cash grab. It's a full-fledged game that, once you know what to do and have a good team by your side, provides a great deal of satisfaction, particularly when it comes to devising and executing tactics. Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition free download

Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition free download

When Firefly Studios announced the release of Stronghold: Definitive Edition, it was clear that if the new version was a hit, we could also expect the return of Crusader. Here, you can download Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition for free — a classic game with a new twist.More and prettier! New and improved units and lords Create your own missions A few minor changes Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition system requirementsThe previous version, available on Steam or GOG, offers plenty of content. It includes 80 scenarios in two pseudo-campaigns and a dozen missions based on historical battles. It also has a great template-based map generator and map editor, as well as multiplayer. The package also includes the Extreme Edition, which features hardcore scenarios and boards that allow battles with thousands of units. So why the remaster? More and prettier! First of all, Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition comes to the rescue, primarily in terms of graphics. The old graphics are still charming, but once you see the refreshed textures, you won't be able to comfortably go back to the original. Second, it aims to improve the multiplayer experience with a standard matchmaking system and a convenient option to play with friends instead of outdated solutions or antiquated external programs, such as Hamachi. The third point seems to be the most important. Rarely does the release of old games add anything more than maps. Firefly has gone above and beyond, though, because the game will be enriched with eight new units, including a Bedouin scout, a camel lancer, an armored camel, and a wall breaker. _v5RSM New and improved units and lords As we know, the Bedouins were well adapted to life in the desert. The developers of the revamped Crusader emphasized this with their equipment. We have skilled sappers, troops who specialize in setting traps, eunuchs who wield two scimitars each, and irreplaceable healers on the battlefield. However, Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition has to offer. Firefly has also introduced new AI-controlled enemies. The developers emphasize that each character has been designed to embody the military and cultural aspects of the ancient world properly. Create your own missions The game's roadmap includes two main categories of new content: free content released as part of standard updates and paid content. The first category includes a new economic campaign with five missions centered on disrupted water trade routes on the Nile, which will be available in the fall. There will also be a new ruler with whom we can compete. In the winter, a series of ten missions for cooperative mode will debut, along with the ability to modify castles, rulers, and campaigns. Special tools will be created for this purpose that will also allow you to design rulers and their strongholds from scratch for your own hand-designed missions. A few minor changes As for the familiar elements of the game, the most notable change is the significantly altered appearance of the knights and soldiers. Their tunics and horse caparisons are now less white, and the crosses no longer span the entire height and width of the shields or horse coverings. Firefly Studios wouldn't be Firefly Studios if they didn't boast about the game's popularity on Steam. As many as 150,000 players added the Crusader re-release to their wish lists, and 130,000 downloaded the demo. These are great results for a remaster of an almost 25-year-old RTS game. Killing Floor 3 for free

Tripwire Interactive is back with its most critically acclaimed series yet, which has literally tripled in strength. So, what does Killing Floor 3 offer, and how does it play? Read our review, then download Killing Floor 3 for free and see for yourself. It's more, harder and bloodier... but is it better? Killing Floor is back, and the initial materials hinted at a familiar concept. However, during gameplay, I quickly realised that the developers had made changes to spice up the game and make it much more fun, even if the core hasn't been significantly updated.Familiar framework Get ready to cooperate! The series is heading in the right direction Choose your character class! Killing Floor 3 is worth playing Killing Floor 3 system requirementsFamiliar framework Killing Floor 3 is a cooperative shooter in which groups of up to six players take on the roles of Nightfall representatives. Their task is to stop the monstrous zombie army of the Horzine megacorporation. The action takes place in 2091, at a time when humans have almost been completely dominated by beasts. The premise of the story is not particularly complicated, but then again, no one is going to play this title for the story. During the presentation, the developers mentioned that Killing Floor 3 can also be easily approached by solo players, but, to be honest, I can't see that happening. The gameplay is entirely focused on cooperation because we can only count on a helping hand in such circumstances – truth be told, I love shooting all kinds of hordes with my friends while chatting about everyday life. Get ready to cooperate! During testing, we exchanged comments, supported each other with advice or simply asked the developers for help and tips on how to survive the next round. Killing Floor 3 offers the most fun in this kind of gameplay, and to be honest, I wouldn't play it without proper support, even if it's from strangers. At first glance, the gameplay in Killing Floor 3 does not differ significantly from that of many other games in the genre. A group of players arrive at a location and perform simple, repetitive missions consisting of the classic 'go and click', all the while fending off successive waves of enemies. Tripwire Interactive's formula hasn't changed much, but this system still works, so I'm not surprised that the developers decided not to make any major changes. The series is heading in the right direction However, the developers have not simply cashed in on the series' popularity, as Killing Floor 3 focuses on much greater progression. Each of the six specialisations can reach 30 levels, using points in three skill trees. Players can swap gadgets and develop their abilities to create increasingly complex and powerful combinations. During testing, I had the opportunity to try out several characters, and I found that their skills could really influence the success of a mission. Choose your character class! Players can take on the role of a sniper, ninja, medic, engineer, arsonist or commando. Each character offers a slightly different experience – it's easy to see which specialisations are geared towards helping the team, but in Killing Floor 3, everyone really has to attack. There is no time or place for calm gameplay in this game. Customisation is not limited to characters. The armoury plays a key role in Killing Floor 3, as players can create over 150 modifications for various weapons. Fortunately, the developers have not blocked access to weapons again, so every specialist can visit the store and purchase a variety of equipment. However, players who collect more resources and unlock blueprints gain access to an extensive range of items. Killing Floor 3 is worth playing Tripwire Interactive isn't reinventing the wheel. The developers have built on a well-received experience from a previous game. If you enjoyed Killing Floor 2, you will have a lot of fun playing its sequel. Killing Floor 3 does not introduce revolutionary changes to the systems, nor does it break new ground for the genre as a whole. Instead, it is a calm evolution of existing mechanics designed to appeal to a loyal audience. The game is great fun, and with the right team by your side, you'll really enjoy it. Mafia: The Old Country download for free for PC

The new instalment of the cult Mafia series is coming... slowly and elegantly, like a combustion-powered Tudor with a lupara on the passenger seat. On 8 August 2025, Mafia: The Old Country will be released for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X — a prequel that takes us back to the beginning. Set in Sicily in the early 20th century, it showcases sunshine, vineyards and the first steps in a world where saying "no" can be costly. Then start acting like it Plot: Once you're in, you're never really out Game world: here, it's survival of the fittest – or you'll end up with teeth in your neck! Game mechanics: Old methods? They never really leave you Gameplay: On a sunny day, you can momentarily forget what you're really doing Mafia: The Old Country system requirementsWant to be part of this family? Then start acting like it In a genre of gangster games where honour mixes with violence and loyalty is more valuable than gold, Mafia: The Old Country promises to take us back to the series' roots. Instead of modern metropolises, we have the picturesque yet perilous Sicily of the early 20^(th) century. It is here, amid olive groves and stone streets, that Enzo Fava's story begins – that of a young man who embarks on a life of crime in search of a better life. This single-player game is played from a third-person perspective. It was developed by Hangar 13 under the auspices of 2K Games, teams well known to fans of previous instalments in the series. Plot: Once you're in, you're never really out Enzo Fava is a young man from a Sicilian village who, like many before him, wants more than to pick olives and hide from the police. When he enters the world of the Torrisi family, he does not yet realise that 'family' encompasses more than shared meals and relatives in brocade. But let's be honest — you play the antihero of this early 20^(th)-century tale. Each chapter is a step further down the path of crime for Enzo. Along the way, you'll encounter unpredictable allies and ruthless enemies. This classic gangster story is set against the backdrop of the era's detailed realities, drawing you into the treacherous world of the Mediterranean. Once you get a taste of this world, you'll never want to leave. Game world: here, it's survival of the fittest – or you'll end up with teeth in your neck! Throughout the Mafia series, the settings have been as important as the main characters. Lost Heaven, Empire Bay and New Bordeaux were as important to the series' identity as Tommy, Vito or Lincoln. Mafia: The Old Country continues this trend by offering a new, memorable setting: early 20^(th)-century Sicily. Its unique topography provides a completely different experience to that of the dense American metropolises of previous instalments. The raw beauty of the Sicilian countryside, with its rural landscapes, cliffs and small towns, contrasts with the dirty alleys, but betrayal, violence and Mafia deals are still rife. As with every instalment of the series, authenticity was paramount in creating a believable world. The developers at Hangar 13 conducted exhaustive research, analysing rare photos and descriptions from the era and consulting books and films about the Sicilian mafia. Some of the team, accompanied by photographers, also travelled to Italy to gather additional material. They visited various locations, ranging from villages to cities, which were later recreated in the game. Game mechanics: Old methods? They never really leave you Unlike the third instalment, The Old Country does not offer an open world. It is a fully linear story, closer to Mafia I and Mafia II, in which each chapter sees you climb another rung of the mafia ladder – from errand boy to influential figure. But does anyone ever reach the top in stories like this? You have a selection of authentic pistols, rifles and shotguns (including the lupara!) at your disposal, as well as a knife. Hangar 13 studio has recreated the Sicilian fighting style especially for this game. You can either stab your enemies by surprise or take care of business quickly and loudly. Would you prefer to operate from the shadows? Go ahead. Or prefer a frontal attack? No one will mind – as long as you emerge unscathed. Gameplay: On a sunny day, you can momentarily forget what you're really doing The varied missions take place in settings ranging from Sicilian villages and family villas to the swampy hideouts of smugglers, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of The Godfather with a Palermo twist. Due to the location and time period, foot and horse patrols are commonplace, though some characters use vintage vehicles. You will visit a variety of locations, ranging from crypts and ruins to vineyards and lavish opera houses. Sometimes, you will have to flee the scene of the crime on horseback; at other times, you will have to escape in a vintage car along narrow gravel roads. The graphics are a nod to classic gangster cinema. The Old Country resembles an old photograph brought to life. Cigar smoke, hot light bulbs and ominous silence are commonplace here. And the music? An orchestra, a mandolin and a piano – every scene sounds like the final toast before the verdict is delivered.
